Description of the product

Homemade juice, easy, without a juicer

Compatible with the Varoma of Thermomix TM6 and TM5, it allows you to make fresh fruit or vegetable juices simply by steaming – no peeling, no pitting, no effort.

The principle is simple: the steam generated in the bowl bursts the cells of the fruits placed in the Varoma. Their juice flows into the extractor, then into a container via a supplied silicone tube.

Result: a pure juice, ready to drink or to be transformed into jelly, jam, cocktail, or liqueur.

1. Fill the Thermomix bowl with 2 L of water.

2. Place the extractor on the lid (without the measuring cup), connect the tube to the collecting container.

3. Fill the Varoma with up to 2 kg of fruits or vegetables.

4. Start: 30 to 60 min / Varoma / speed 1 (depending on the fruits).

5. Stop cooking as soon as the juice stops flowing.

6. Consume or transform the juice once cooled.
