Shipping Policy

SHIPPING – DELIVERY – PAYMENT TERMS

We inform our valued customers that the deadlines below are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual. These deadlines may exceptionally be extended in the event of a high volume of orders to process.

Finally, we would like to specify that the shipping times (including order preparation and handover to the carrier) are approximately 12 to 48 business hours and these times are in addition to the delivery times.

Please refer to the information below for all delivery rates.

Delivery

Our delivery times are as follows depending on your choice at the time of order:

Express Delivery: 3 to 5 business days from shipment of the package

Standard Delivery: 5 to 10 business days from shipment of the package

Order Shipping and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Updating this number may take up to 72 hours.

IMPORTANT – ADVICE ON HOME DELIVERIES

If you are absent when the delivery person calls, they will leave a delivery notice indicating the next steps and the address of the pickup point. You can then collect it within 14 days, with your ID.

⚠️The customer is responsible for tracking their package. Please make sure to pick up the package at the post office within the allotted time.

To do this, check your emails including your SPAM folder. Also, remember to check the online shipment tracking using the tracking number (which we send by email immediately after ordering).

After 14 days, the package will be returned to the sender by the carrier.
