Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, customers of “CHEFIMIX” have a period of 30 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
Customers of “CHEFIMIX” have a period of 30 days from the receipt of their order to make a return, specifying the reason for the return.

Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted, products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manual...). Items returned incomplete, damaged, altered, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
For the return to be validated, products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manual...) within the aforementioned 30-day period. Items returned that are notably incomplete, damaged, modified, repaired, altered, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
Personalized products will neither be accepted for return nor exchanged, except in cases where legal warranty conditions apply.

Return Procedures

To make a return, the customer must: contact customer service at the email address: info@chefimix.com to notify their intention to return the product. They must then follow the instructions provided by customer service to send back the product.

Refund

Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Except in cases of our error or application of legal warranty conditions, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
